Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. While we do our part to prepare your order with care, delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays or regional disruptions. If your order appears to be delayed, please allow a window for movement before reaching out.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Still, if you need help, email us — we’ll do what we can.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected service. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or international delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at hello@unbottleyourscent.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
