Refund Policy

All fragrances are final sale once opened. Perfume is personal — and so is our commitment to quality. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
We do accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@unbottleyourscent.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
